Gefertigt aus 15oz Selvedge Denim, gewebt auf traditionellen Shuttle Looms in Japan. 

Die Kettfäden werden schwarz von Hand gefärbt, die Schussfäden bleiben grau. Anders als beim Rope-Dye entsteht keine homogene Färbung, sondern ein unruhiges Farbbild mit feinen Abstufungen. Genau diese Nuancen sorgen dafür, dass der Stoff Tiefe bekommt und sich über Zeit individuell verändert.

Nep- und Slub-Garne in Kette und Schuss bringen zusätzliche Struktur ins Gewebe. Die Oberfläche wirkt dadurch rau, lebendig und leicht unregelmäßig – ein Denim mit klarer Bewegung statt glatter Fläche.

Die Konstruktion orientiert sich an frühen 1900er Workwear-Jeans. Klassischer 5-Pocket-Aufbau, verstärkte Nähte und funktionale Details für maximale Haltbarkeit. Dazu gehören verdeckte Nieten an den Gesäßtaschen, ein hoch gesetzter Cinch-Back, ein Ducktail-Rücken mit umgekehrter Rollnaht an der Passe sowie eine versetzte mittlere Gürtelschlaufe.
