Der S-förmige Querschnitt, mit zwei tief ausgeprägten Schneiden und einem sich progressiv zum Schaft hin vergrößernden Schneidenabstand, bietet einen großen Spanraum und ermöglicht schnellen Dentinabtransport. Die effizienten Schneiden sorgen für hervorragenden Dentinabtrag. Dieses innovative Feilendesign reduziert unerwünschte Einschraubeffekte auf ein Minimum. Mtwo wird in der »Single Length« Technik eingesetzt. Eine Technik, die auf einer gewohnten Vorgehensweise basiert, ähnlich wie die Handaufbereitung.
