Das MBIQ-P für Shimano EP801 / EP6 / EP600 Mittelmotoren ist ein "hybrides" Tuning mit zwei unterschiedlichen Manipulationsmodi an Board und wurde speziell für die neueste Motorgeneration entwickelt.

Der bestehende Geschwindigkeitssensor kann direkt eingesteckt werden. Das Tuning besitzt die gleichen Steckverbinder wie die vorhandene Sensorleitung, sodass es einfach zwischen Geschwindigkeits-Sensor und Motorsteuerung eingefügt werden kann.
 
Es ist kompatibel zu den gängigen Motor-Fimwares der Hersteller und arbeiten Mikrocontroller basiert.
Das aktuelle Geschwindigkeitsprofil wird analysiert, verarbeitet und bei aktiviertem Tuning manipulierte Werte ausgegeben.

Das Modul verwendet statt der bekannten FREEZE-Manipulation (einfrieren des Tachos <25 km/h) eine neue, zusätzliche Manipulationsmethode, dem DAMP-Mode. Hierbei wird die ausgegebene manipulierte Geschwindigkeit nach einem Algorithmus "bedämpft" und eine Endgeschwindigkeit mit einem Faktor X erreicht.

Die Funktionalität kann nach dem Einbau ohne zusätzliche Geräte umprogrammiert werden.

Kompatibel zu den gängigen Motor-Firmware der Hersteller. Die manipulierten Werte beeinträchtigen die Auswertung der Motorsoftware nicht. 

 

  • highly integrated electronic

Durch die hoch integrierte Elektronik findet das Tuning auf kleinstem Bauraum statt. Es ist keine zusätzliche Spannungsversorgung/Batterie für den Betrieb nötig.

 

Im Auslieferungszustand befindet sich das Modul im DAMP-Mode mit einem eingestellten Faktor von 1,35. Somit ist eine Endgeschwindigkeit von bis zu ca. 34 km/h möglich.

Die Anpassung des Werts/Modes liegt in Verantwortung des Besitzers und kann (muss nicht) zu Manipulationserkennungen führen.

Dies wird durch den ERROR-Code: E295 signalisiert. Sollte dieser erscheinen, so ist der Wert/Mode umgehend zurück anzupassen.

 

Achtung: Der Voreingestellte Wert hat sich in unseren Testreihen als fehlerfrei erwiesen, stellt jedoch kein Garant dar. Sollten Sie unabhängig der Betriebsart Fehler erhalten, so bauen Sie das Modul sofort aus und kontaktieren den Hersteller damit.Wird der Fehler E295 mehrfach ignoriert kommt es zur Sperrung der gesamten Antriebseinheit und es wird Fehler E299 ausgegeben. Dies ist nur noch durch den Händler rückgängig zu machen!

Bitte sicherstellen, dass euer ACC Port nach dem Einschalten Spannung führt. Scheinbar deaktivieren manche Hersteller diesen werksseitig.

Falls dies der Fall ist, kannst du den Port vorab vom Händler aktivieren lassen oder aber

         ->hier Diagnosegerät zum Aktivieren ausleihen/mitbestellen!



  • Sehr leichter Einbau - Das Tuning wird einfach zwischen vorhandene Sensorleitung und Motor gesteckt und kann bei Bedarf wieder ausgebaut werden.
  • Kompatible Steckverbinder - das Tuning besitzt gleiche Steckverbinder für eine optimale Verbindung.

    FUNKTIONSPRINZIP:

    Das aktuelle Geschwindigkeitsprofil wird analysiert, verarbeitet und bei aktiviertem Tuning manipulierte Werte ausgegeben. Dies hat zur Folge, dass die Geschwindigkeitsanzeige bei Fahrten >25 km/h auf dem Display je nach Mode, immer reduziert ist.
