Der Dome XL Gen 2) ist aus keramikbeschichtetem 304er Stahl gemacht und hat eine Doppelwand für extra gute Wärmespeicherung. Mit der Tür kannst du die Ofentemperatur und die Menge an Rauch oder Dampf im Ofen ganz einfach regeln.
Die Dome XL (Gen 2) Tür ist ein unverzichtbares Zubehör für alle Köche, die ihr Spiel und ihre Vielseitigkeit verbessern wollen. Der dicke Stein und die dichte Isolierung des Ofens in Kombination mit der Tür schaffen die perfekte Umgebung zum Räuchern, Langsambraten und Backen.
Bringe die Tür nicht an, während der Gasbrenner brennt. Vergewissere dich immer, dass die Gasflamme erloschen ist und der Gasregler auf "Aus" steht, bevor du die Tür einbaust. Wenn du mit Holz oder Holzkohle kochst, darfst du die Tür nur mit Glut und nicht mit einer offenen Flamme benutzen.

An Incredible Resource

The author has a wealth of knowledge about wildlife gained through his education, his work as a naturalist in Yellowstone National Park, his observations as a wildlife sculptor and the time he spends in Yellowstone for the sheer enjoyment of watching the animals. The concept of learning how animals communicate with each other is fascinating. Bumann shares his knowledge from his observations in an entertaining and fascinating way. Obviously, he has a love of the animals and a love of what he does. What a gifted author!

I love this book ~ author provides a very intriguing process he has gone through and continues to go through to learn to understand and communicate with animals, particularly the wild ones.
