Beschreibung

Muskatellersalbei ist ein zwei- oder mehrjähriges Kraut und wird bis zu zwei Meter hoch. Muskatellersalbei ist bekannt für seine beruhigenden Eigenschaften und Vorteile für die Haut. Der wichtigste chemische Bestandteil von Muskatellersalbei ist Linalylacetat, das zur Gruppe der Ester gehört und dieses Öl zu einem der entspannendsten, beruhigendsten und ausgleichendsten ätherischen Öle macht.

Anwendung

  • Für gesundes Haar und gesunde Kopfhaut zum Shampoo oder Conditioner hinzufügen.
  • Kombinieren Sie es mit dem fraktioniertem Kokosöl von doTERRA und Sie erhalten ein beruhigendes und verjüngendes Hautmassageöl.
  • In Kombination mit Römischer Kamille in das Badewasser geben und königlich entspannen.
  • Reiben Sie sich während Ihrer Menstruation drei bis fünf Tropfen auf den Bauch und gönnen Sie sich eine beruhigende Massage.

Anwendung im Diffuser:

Verwenden Sie drei bis vier Tropfen im Diffuser Ihrer Wahl.

Äußere Anwendung:

Zur Massage 5 Tropfen mit 10 ml Trägeröl mischen. Als Badezusatz 5 Tropfen mit 5 ml Trägeröl mischen. Als Duftstoff 1 Tropfen mit 10 Tropfen Trägeröl mischen.
