Design: Jo Niemeyer

Born in 1946 in Alf (Moselle/Germany), trained as a graphic designer and studied visual design and architecture at the University of Art and Industrial Design in Helsinki. From 1970 onward, engaged in freelance artistic work in the fields of graphic design, painting, sculpture, and later land art. He also taught at the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts in Helsinki. His preferred artistic work is based on strict mathematical and geometric design principles. Jo Niemeyer lives and works in Schluchsee. www.partanen.de
