Hard wax behaves differently from modern sealing wax. It is more brittle, more textured, and less forgiving. Those qualities are not flaws. They are part of its character. The surface is slightly less smooth in its details, which lends an antique feeling to the finished seal, even when the colors themselves feel fresh and contemporary.
The large collection now includes 14 colors, and there are also smaller bundle options of three waxes available as well.
