With a high glass fiber content of 30%, this filament was specially developed for applications demanding extreme durability and heat resistance. The high heat resistance of up to 134 °C ensures that your parts retain their shape and stability even under the most demanding conditions. Versatility for Indoor and Outdoor Applications

Thanks to its UV resistance and low moisture absorption, Ultrafuse® PC GF30 is not only ideal for indoor use but also suitable for outdoor applications. Whether in transportation, the automotive industry, or construction – this filament meets all requirements for a durable, weather-resistant material. Furthermore, it meets the V0 flame retardancy class, making it the optimal choice for safety-critical applications that require high flame resistance.

Optimal printing results: Tips & Tricks for the perfect print

To achieve the best results with Ultrafuse® PC GF30, some key parameters should be considered. A nozzle temperature of 280-330 °C and a print bed temperature of 80-100 °C are crucial for consistent material flow and excellent adhesion. For optimal print quality, a nozzle size of at least 0.6 mm is recommended, while a printing speed of 30-60 mm/s offers the best compromise between detail accuracy and efficiency. Drying the filament at 100 °C for at least 5 hours before printing is essential to remove moisture and avoid printing defects.
