Convenient and highly versatile, this crispy fish fillet is ready for consumption in just 4-5 minutes. It is golden-crusted and succulent inside, and retains the flakiness and tenderness of real fish, carrying an ineffable ocean flavour. It goes best with various kinds of dipping sauces, making it a quick and scrumptious treat enjoyed by everyone.
Ingredients: Fillets [Water, Soy Protein Concentrate, Canola Oil, Potato Starch, Methylcellulose, Salt, Natural Flavor, Cane Sugar, Yeast Extract, Pea Protein, Rice Protein, Shiitake Mushroom Powder, Oats], Batter [Water, Enriched Unbleached Wheat Flour (Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate,
Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Wheat Starch, Cane Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate)].
DEEP-FRY: Deep-fry fillets in pre-heated oil at 175°C for 4-5 mins.
BAKE: Bake fillets in pre-heated oven at 220°C and flip halfway through for 18-20 mins.
AIR-FRY: Air-fry at 375°F for 12 mins and then flip and air-fry for 4 more mins.
Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 75 °C
