Hand-cut, over-ripe 100% Weber Blue Agave is harvested from a single field, roasted for 72 hours, milled, fermented, and distilled before being moved into seasoned, over-used ex-American whiskey barrels for three full years. The result is a tequila of exceptional depth — agave-forward, kissed by oak, and layered with vanilla, toffee, and complexity that only time and patience can build.
