RECOMMENDED DAILY INGESTION: 2 capsules a day. Capsules should be taken with water.
STORAGE: In a closed package, in a dry place, at a temperature of 5 - 25˚C, out of the reach of small children. Protect from light.

Biotin - helps maintain healthy skin and hair.
COLLASIL® OSA is a patented and highly bioavailable mixture of silicon and fish collagen. Silicon participates in the biosynthesis of collagen, the basic component of connective tissue found in blood vessels, skin and bones. Scientific research suggests that silicic acid stimulates the production of type I collagen in the skin and bones.
