In 2000, Modelkasten released this Küster model that combined original plastic model parts from Nitto with new resin pieces and mixed-media parts like springs and brass rods. While this particular model uses parts from the original Kröte (released in the original wave of SF3D kits in the early '80s), the Küster is not an entry-level plastic model and the mix of materials means that it requires modelers with some experience.

These models were acquired as part of a private collection and are shrink-wrapped. We believe that this was likely done by the overseas distributor but have chosen to leave the shrink wrap intact to preserve the condition of the items.
