In addition, if we have already made you a Portrait cover and you wish to place another order with the same portrait, please also get in touch before placing the order as you will be issued a discount code to deduct the embroidery set up fee.
Note: Due to the custom nature of this headcover, we cannot issue a refund once the item has been made and sent to our digitizing company.
The quality of the custom headcover is based predominantly on the image sent in to us. To avoid disappointment, we ask that you send in a clear image attached as a pdf file in response to the email we will send to you. We outsource the digitization and therefore have little control over the colour matches. Therefore it is important to make sure the image is as clear as possible.
