酒液帶有來自古酒的美麗金色光澤。建議倒入酒杯中細細品飲。
他們的商品基本上全是無濾過・無加水・生酒、有著生酒獨有的層次豐富而細膩的質感、味道立體鮮明是風之森的特徴。只使用自社研發的"7号酵母"。酒香自然、有時候像果實般的香味。
風之森美味的秘訣①、使用能以-10℃冷藏保存、強力的酒桶。經常保持住最適合發酵的溫度、令低精米的酒的味道、高品質出品。
風之森美味的秘訣②、有極小的氣泡的一種特殊的水、「Ultra Fine Buble」水來洗米、把米裡面的多餘過礦物質或蛋白質除去、就算精米步合80％的低精米也一樣優雅柔和、造出層次多變帶點複雑充滿立體感的酒。
