▎About Carol Lee Mei-kuen

“Time and light have been the motifs of my art throughout the years. Every day, light and time quietly leave their traces in the form of visible images on white paper. Since 2017, I have worked on Shades of Time, a series recording the time and light of each day. I have been doing this every day for seven years already (…) Each year, light has slowly left yellow marks of different shades on 365 squares. Time moves between remembering and forgetting, between existence and disappearance.”
— Carol Lee Mei-kuen (Artist)

Born in Hong Kong, Carol Lee started her studies of Chinese painting in 1983. She graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University (programme co-presented with Hong Kong Art School) with a BA (Fine Arts) in 2001 and received her Master of Fine Arts in 2007. She was elected a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society (RMIT Chapter) in 2001. Her works are collected by the Philippe Charriol Foundation, Alexander Tutsek-Stiftung Foundation of Germany, Lviv Glass Museum in Ukraine, M+ Museum, Hong Kong Heritage Museum, Hong Kong Arts Centre and other private collectors.

Secure Mount With Premium Feel
This phone mount feels incredibly sturdy once installed. No shaking or movement while driving, even on rough roads. The design looks clean and factory installed instead of bulky like a lot of other mounts. It holds the phone securely and keeps it easy to access for navigation.

Solid Product
I was a bit skeptical based on the price ($85 total after taxes) but you can tell that for the price, this thing is sturdy and high quality. Holds solid onto the vent and keeps my iPhone in place. Easy to adjust and move to your liking, also easy to turn 90* and have your phone sideways. Only drawback is that is obstructs the view of the clock on my 4Runner and slightly obstructs my windshield, but I am sure I will get used to it.

Great phone holder
I use this phone mount in my Subaru Impreza, and it works perfectly with my vents. It holds my phone super securely—no wobbling or slipping—so it’s great for navigation or hands-free use. Really solid and reliable for the price.
