Vinification and aging
Traditional fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel or concrete vats, with regular pumping over. Aged in vats (mostly) and oak barrels. Bottled after 12 to 14 months.

Tasting
Intense and deep color. Typical Grenache aromas (blackberry, blackcurrant), undergrowth, and spices.
A distinguished and elegant Gigondas with a palate revealing great breadth. The finish is long with spicier and mineral notes (crushed rock, graphite).
