Costly Freedom: A Theological Reading of Mark's GospelWith this study of the Gospel of Mark, Brendan Byrne completes his trilogy of works on the Synoptic Gospels. With this study of the Gospel of Mark, Brendan Byrne completes his trilogy of works on the Synoptic Gospels. Mark, the Cinderella gospel, as Byrne says, languished for millennia in the shadow of Matthew (the first gospel) and Luke. Beginning in the nineteenth century, scholars uncovered what is now generally accepted as the more likely scenario: that Mark was the pioneer, creating a new literary genre (gospel) in which to communicate the Good News of Jesus Christ. This Good News according to Mark is essentially a message of freedom a freedom, however, that does not come about without cost: a cost to Jesus, a cost to the Father, and a cost to those called to associate themselves with his life and mission. Mark holds out to us both the price and the promise of freedom.

A Costly Freedom joins The Hospitality of God (on Luke) and Lifting the Burden (on Matthew) to make up a set of indispensable companions to the gospels for preachers, teachers, and those who simply want to read the gospels for understanding and a deepening of their spirituality and faith.

Brendan Byrne, SJ, is professor of New Testament at Jesuit Theological College, Parkville, Victoria, Australia. A member of the Pontifical Biblical Commission (1990 '96) and Fellow of the Australian Academy of the Humanities (2000 '), he is the author of nine books and editor in chief of the theological journal Pacifica.

Found one that fit.
It's a shame you have to buy an assortment just to find one that would work for my vehicle. You can't find an OEM one without buying the whole headlight assembly. Oh well.....

These are quality bulbs and more reliable than halogen
Size: H7
Car that I drive is a 2008 Mazda 3 4Dr Sedan Automatic i Touring. Got so tired and fed up with felt like spending money every month or so on halogen bulbs. It was always the same old story, trip to auto zone to avoid a fix it ticket. I almost tried to buy the Sylvania brand on Amazon for cheaper but what's the use? Its STILL the SAME product. I'm done with those and never going back. The new Territory Has snapped right in without any special add on adapters, just plug and play deal. Way brighter and super easy. Love them. Can see way better at night and not have to worry about them burning out so quickly anymore. More than I can say about the Sylvania brand "Made in Germany". They're slippin

I’m really happy with these lights! They were easy to set up, work perfectly, and give off a beautiful glow. The brightness is just right for creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere without being too harsh. The quality feels great for the price, and they instantly made my space look more modern and inviting. I also appreciated how well they were packaged and how quickly they arrived. Definitely worth the purchase, and I would absolutely buy them again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for stylish and reliable lights!
