Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier?s damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer?s right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as Anderson Composites from any further damage claims. I have small hands so I ordered a small. I even measured my hands to make sure. I couldn't even get the gloves on. They are cute though. They don't seem great for the snow, but I couldn't get them on to even try them out.

So glad I got this. Got tired of trying to manage hats and ponytails in the Northeastern winter! Super well-made, very warm and soft, and so cute!!!
