Phoenix Collectibles is proud to announce its first exclusive release! A 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T finished in DY2 Sunfire Yellow. This 1/18 scale diecast model car is a tribute to the highly sought after Highway 61 “Error” Challengers. For those that aren’t aware, the story goes, back in 2008 DCP / Hwy 61 produced these DY2 Challengers but the factory incorrectly painted the interiors yellow. The models were ordered to be destroyed and re-made but 42 escaped the factory by accident. The factory then re-made them with the correct saddle brown interior’s but made an error with the center console and painted it yellow. Again, 42 were mistakenly shipped out to Europe. The correct versions were never re-made, until today!

These are produced by ACME using original Highway 61 tooling. Very high quality and highly detailed. Painstaking efforts were made to reproduce all original Highway 61 details very carefully and accurately to make these truly one of the best products in the market. Custom spray out cards were send to make sure the paint was accurate. Industry experts were consulted to make sure every detail is accurate to a true 1970 Challenger. Even the old Highway 61 "deep-set" instrument cluster and metal mesh grille was brought back.

To maintain exclusivity like the original error release, these will be a very limited production.

This vinyl top version is limited to ONLY 160 examples.

Please be advised that the paint color is extremely hard to capture in a photo but the final product is in fact a pale yellow, true to Y2 Sunfire Yellow and the original error car.

Specifications: True to the original car and original Highway 61 models, these will have the same specifications:

Exterior: Die-cast metal body finished in DY2 Sunfire Yellow with black vinyl top. All of the original "error" car features are faithfully replicated including the quarter window scat pack sticker.

Interior: Correct full saddle brown interior

Engine/Transmission: 440 Six Pack with manual transmission

Wheels: Mopar Rallye wheels with Goodyear tires

Scale: 1:18

better results
Color: Glint Pink
I really like the packaging; you don't need to open it and spill everything—with a simple touch, you have the product. I love it and would buy it again.

Not very much dispenses with pumps
Color: Glint Rainbow
This gives out very small puffs of glitter when depressing the pump. The glitter is as expected, but it would be more efficient to just open the dispenser with how little this pumps out. I'll probably just use this for crafts instead of body and hair. It doesnt really stick either because it is a dry powder

Fine, dry glitter in a puff spray bottle
Color: Glint Rainbow
This works well if, and only if, you know exactly what it is and if it'll work for your application. This glitter comes with no adhesive or stickiness in it. It is not like a glitter stick, or glitter makeup. It is dry glitter in a spray bottle. The spray pattern is very narrow, so if you want to spray it onto a piece of paper or you body, it will show up in a clump. It does not have an airy spray pattern. To use this, you need to add some stickiness to the surface you want it to stick to first. Something like glue on paper or some sort of sticky thing on your skin that won't sink in. If regular lotion sinks in, the glitter will just fall off. So petroleum jelly or something that sits on top works best. Also, if you want it spread out instead of in little clumps as it comes out of the spray bottle, you'll have to move it around manually. On some level, to be entirely honest, I'm not sure this application method is better than loose glitter. With loose glitter, at least I can manually sprinkle it and not get a giant blob like with the spray. Also, some little bits get loose with the spray, and loose glitter in a house is just asking for forever glitter. I'm deducting one star simply because the spray delivery mechanism isn't very useful, and can actually be a liability. Unlike some spray glitters with propellant and adhesive that are more like spray paint and have a more spray paint application profile. This manual puff method just doesn't work well with glitter.
