The third album by this combo from Bologna is the apotheosis of their histrionic verve. Directed in studio by Italian progressive rock luminary, Paolo Tofani, Kinotto was released in 1979, and as Freak Antoni himself declared, the album was closer to new wave than previous efforts and it's best-known track, "Mi piaccion le sbarbine", was soon on heavy rotation. With Kinotto came also the artistic consecration of the Skiantos, who went from being a cult band to one of the most energetic and histrionic in Italian rock. Invited to replace Italian rock superstar Vasco Rossi's back-up band in 1990, and undoubtedly a source of inspiration for the evil doings of Italian "mock rock" band Elio e Le Storie Tese, with Kinotto the Skiantos wrote one of the most thrilling pages in Italian music.

Smaller than the original, but works well.
When I received it, it was so small that I thought it was a toy, or maybe for some 4cyl engine. It is significantly smaller than the original one. When I looked closer, the mount holes did line up, so I tried it. I did have to get shorter mount bolts.
To my surprise, it works great! I don't know what the longevity will be, but it made it through a busy august!
Considering the price and how small it is, I might just buy a second one to keep on board. Just in case.

Warning!!!
I was so impressed after install!! Fired right up faster that it ever has in the past, had the boat out about 8 times and CACK!!! They say they will stand behind the product and replace it, but do I risk another day ruined on the river?

Perfect fit and functioning. Excellent support
The starter fit perfectly, in my Mercruiser 4.3 from 2004, although it was awkward to replace on my engine due to space constraints. I had a few questions for the supplier and quickly received very descriptive answers. Now the starter works perfect in my boat. In all a very good choice which I really can recommend others.
