These strains have been proven to colonize the vaginal tract after oral administration. Each capsule contains 5 billion total probiotic cells at the time of manufacturing. The shelf-stable format ensures that the probiotics maintain their efficacy without requiring refrigeration, made possible by the Pro-Capsule Enteric Coating technology that protects the probiotics from stomach acid.
Fem-Dophilus is free from wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, peanuts, and tree nuts. It is also free from artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. It is suitable for vegetarians/vegans. The suggested usage is one to two capsules daily. Taking this supplement with a meal can enhance its operation, and it is advised to consult a healthcare professional before usage. Not recommended for those with an immune-compromised condition.
