The Swarovski 65mm Objective Module is designed to be used with the Swarovski eyepieces (sold separately) which offer excellent choice as they simply clip into the body, so depending on whether you want an angled, straight or a binocular style scope, you can choose between the Swarovski ATX (angled) STX (straight) or BTX (binocular) eyepieces. The modular style of spotting scope, makes it perfect for carrying, as it can be stored in half whilst not in use and then quickly fitted together for an exciting viewing experience.

Spotting Scope Kit
A brilliant system, the Swarovski Scope comes in two components for versatility and as it has a large 65mm diameter objective lens it can give outstanding clarity, detail and colour rendition whichever eyepiece you choose. Obviously more cumbersome than a set of binoculars, the Swarovski spotting scope wins hands down, when sitting in a hide all day and can be easily carried over the shoulder when attached to a tripod. The massive magnification and better light input mean that subjects can be magnified up to 60x, whilst retaining all the colour rendition and detail that is required when identifying wildlife. Generally, it is too difficult to handhold for any length of time, a good quality tripod is recommended for long periods of use and the tripod bush on the bottom of the scope body is 1/4 inch so it will fit most tripod heads.

Optical Coatings and HD Lenses

Swarovski Optics have been refined on the back of their jewellery polishing business which has over 100 years of research and development behind it. It is reassuring to know that Swarovski has designed much of their own factory machinery and as such has been able to keep a tight rein on the quality and consistency of their optical production. From this high level of experience Swarobright and Swarovision coatings have been invented, to aid light input and glass durability to ensure that the image received by the eye is the absolute best it can be. Swarovski technology includes HD lenses containing fluoride and field flattening capabilities, the first of which helps reduce colour fringing around the subject being viewed and the edges of the lenses and the latter gives pin-sharp, edge-to-edge clarity, which is costly and extremely difficult to achieve. They also coat the exterior lenses so that they repel water, dust and dirt, which means no annoying marks stay on the optics whilst in use, once back home a quick clean with a lens cloth gets rid of 99% of residue; for anything a bit more stubborn, then a quick rinse under the tap sorts that out.

Fast Focus

Relatively lightweight, the Swarovski 65mm spotting scope body has been ergonomically designed with the focusing barrel easily found on the body of the scope, even whilst looking through the eyepiece and the zoom facility is on a large, ribbed dial just behind the focus ring. Simply focus onto the subject and then use the seperate zoom dial to close in or zoom out of the subject and enjoy the fact that the focusing doesn't change whilst you do this; you can even check what zoom magnification you are at, by looking on the top of the body of the scope. Remember to sharpen the focus when the zoom is at the highest magnification for pin sharp images across the zoom range.

Wide Field Of View

Swarovski have designed the 65mm spotting scope with nature viewers in mind, giving it a wide field of view so that it is easy to locate and zoom in on small animals and insects without spending ages, actually trying to get them visible in the eyepiece. Obviously the field of view changes depending on which eyepiece is attached to the scope body, but each eyepiece product page gives the individual angle of view per objective size.

Warranty

Along with outstanding production standards, Swarovski warranty their 65mm Spotting Scope for 10 years from date of purchase, so offer complete peace of mind for any manufacturing faults. This is particularly important for keen nature viewers, who don't want to worry about taking the scope where ever they go.

Good Prints for Sublimation
Model: 500N STD, Model: 500N STD
After years of using converted printers for sublimation, I finally decided to go with the Sawgrass printer, which is specifically designed for sublimation. The printer turned out to be very nice! I’m particularly happy about the Sawgrass customer service they provide. Follow-up. I ordered the SG500 printer bundle from Amazon, but unfortunately, the prints had visible grid lines. I promptly reached out to Sawgrass customer service, and after a few emails, they figured out that the printer I received was faulty. It was all resolved within a few hours, which was way faster than I had expected. They immediately sent me a replacement machine and the prints are absolutely beautiful for my sublimation projects. Sawgrass customer service is truly amazing! Over the past three months, I have been using the Sawgrass printer and have identified a shortcoming that I would like to share in my review. While the prints produced by the Sawgrass printer are satisfactory, they fall short of the quality achieved with a printer I previously used for several years. This printer required a conversion to sublimation printing. I have sent a note to Sawgrass inquiring about potential solutions to this issue a couple of months ago, but I have not yet received a response. This suggests that the company may not have a viable remedy. You be the judge. I followed Sawgrass recommendations and used the Sawgrass Print Utility, but no matter what changes I make, the converted printer seems to produce prints much more to my liking. Both of the book markers shown were sublimated at the same time. In the future, when I have an order to complete, I will be opting to use the more affordable printer that I converted.

Sawgrass quality is excellent
Model: 500N STD, Model: 500N STD
I've been on the fence with Sawgrass, simply because cost can be an issue, but this past week I decided to put the new Sawgrass to the test against another of my printers which I converted for dye sublimation. I also own the Versiflex. I was on the fence with it initially as well, but I've been using it ALOT and I now have it down to an art. I've made shirts for friends and they were literally blown away at the quality of the print, so. . . yes, it is expensive and yes, you get what you pay for. So. . . I recently received the sublijet ink with my new Sawgrass since you cannot mix inks in a Sawgrass, not even to switch the type of ink for risk of damaging the machine. I'm seriously impressed. I made lanyards, T-shirts, bags and the quality is outstanding. I don't know if I'm going to retire my Epson, but the software to print using the Sawgrass print manager is pretty slick. Lots of options to fine tune your print quality. If you have the cash, buy it. If you don't save up. It's worth it. . . and this is coming from a skeptic.

Sawgrass is Always Innovating & Improving!
Model: 500N STD
I do own a versiflex and already have an expectation of quality and it did not let down. I’ve been running it for a few weeks and I’m honestly proud of what I’ve made. Mugs come out with deep blacks and smooth gradients, coasters are sharp edge to edge, and my poly tees keep their color after the first wash. Setup was fairly simple - drivers, print Manager, paper in, Wi-Fi paired first try. I barely tweak settings; reds, skin tones, and fine text land right without a lot of tinkering. No banding, no weird shifts, and the first print of the day is clean as it has an auto maintenance. For consistent, sellable results, it’s been worth it so far and I highly recommend it.

Amazing product!
Set name: Sublimation Printer, Set name: Sublimation Printer
All I can say is "WOW". I was skeptical about changing over from my Sawgrass to another brand of sublimation printers. But now I wish I started here from the start! Not only does this machine cost a good amount less with the same paper sizes and options as my SG500 but the ink is cheaper per cartridge and 11ml larger than the standard 30ml I am use to. Set up was super easy, as well as the connection. My prints are bold, bright, and beautiful. I am amazed! I am thankful that the details in the prints show through no matter what material I am pressing on. As a business owner, I need a good, efficient printer that doesn't cost more than the product I am selling. I can't wait to continue using my machine. I have not run into any maintenance issue and can not speak on anything of that as of now. Attached photos; however, my camera did not do it justice.
