Leaves are a beautiful light yellow-green with an unusual but lovely vertical growth habit. This interesting Aechmea turns a beautiful redish-bronze color when given sufficient sunlight. This beauty is excellent in the landscape and makes a very dramatic effect with it's tall thin leaves that stay straight and upright and creates dense clusters of plants over time. This Aechmea Species grows quite LARGE and typically attains sizes of up to 30" tall.
