It supports healthy vision and general eye health. It is suitable for people who regularly spend time on screen-based devices and experience tired eyes. Lutein ester, bilberry and blackcurrant are
rich in antioxidants, together with zeaxanthin to support the health of eye tissue.

Ingredients

Lutein ester (Marigold extract) 5 mg, Zeaxanthin 1.5 mg, Taurine 50 mg, Bilberry 25 mg (equiv. dry 750mg), Blackcurrant 25 mg (equiv. dry 750 mg). Contains Encapsulating Aids. Vege capsules without added gluten, dairy, soy, artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours or preservatives.

Directions & Precautions

Take 1-2 capsules daily with meal or as professionally advised.

Used to take the Natrol 5mg slow release, now that I can compare these 2, I love this more. It doesn't make me feel too edgy, it's quite relaxing actually. I still have to halve the dose as the full dose makes me groggy the next day. Where the Natrol gave me very vivid, but not unpleasant dreams, these don't make me dream as vividly. It does take a bit longer to get me to sleep, but once asleep, your asleep. Highly recommend, once I finish this bottle, I'd get the 2mg tr next time, as a lower dose works better for me.
