This SB20 Smart Bike Indoor Trainer by Stages Cycling is dedicated to road cyclists. It eliminates the need for setting up your own bike on a turbo trainer and has a large amount of adjustability making it a great choice for households with more than one rider.

It offers perfect compatibility with apps like Zwift, having steering in addition to electronic shifting, so you can fully immerse yourself in a training session or race in the virtual world. There's also plenty of room to customise the bike further; it's supplied with a standard road bar and sprint shifters but there's the option to add climbing and aero shifters, as well as tri-bars. The dual-sided measurement from the Stages crankset reads your power, in addition to it being recorded at the flywheel. The two figures are cross-referenced resulting in high accuracy of +/- 1.5% so you can be fully confident in your outputs. With a maximum resistance of 3,000 watts, this bike should work for every rider out there.

Upfront, there's a combined tablet and phone holder that holds both simultaneously. The retractable arm makes it adjustable to different sized tablets. There are two USB ports for fast charging. Shifting, plus chainring and cassette ratios can be adjusted using the app to set up the bike just as you would on your road bike. With a 23kg/50lb flywheel, this bike feels solid underneath you, allowing you to put in your hardest efforts with no movement, the operation is quiet and the Gates carbon belt is designed to be maintenance-free, lasting the lifetime of the unit.
