Precut film lids feed in and seal through a heat sealing station immediately after filling, before the product has a chance to settle unevenly or pick up contamination from open air exposure.Cup size, fill volume, and sealing configuration can all be adjusted to match a specific product. Fill accuracy and seal quality hold consistent across a run — which matters less for how the product looks leaving the factory, and more for how it survives the time between production and the customer opening it.
