The wire will oxidize (tarnish) naturally over time. This process varies and can be influenced by the oils from someones skin, moisture in the air, or coming into contact with water sweat lotion perfume. This oxidization can transfer to your skin but is easily removed with soap and water. I include a polishing cloth

This oxidization can transfer to your skin but is easily removed with soap and water. I include a polishing cloth so when you feel like the jewelry needs brightened up gently rub the wires with the cloth to remove any unwanted oxidization.
