Ohaus V41PWE15T water resistant food scale combines durability with fast and accurate results and touchless operations. Offers large LED dual displays for multi-operator use, and features NTEP, Measurement Canada, and food safety approvals (NSF, USDA-AMS, HACCP). Knife-proof and easy to clean polycarbonate keypad can endure daily use in demanding food preparation, processing and portioning applications.
Safe to use in liquid weighing and wet environments with Flow-Thru design, giving V41PWE15T an IPX8 rating. Touchless sensors reduce contamination and increase the longevity of the scale. Fast one second response time increases productivity. Large fully rubberized feet are located at extreme corners of the scale to ensure a wide stance and surface resistance that minimizes the risk of the scale sliding or falling off smooth surfaces. Built-in rechargeable lead acid battery provides power for 50 continuous hours.
Application Modes:
• Weighing — Weighing units -- lb, oz, lb:oz, kg or g
• Percent Weighing — Includes % weighing for recipe formulation and baker’s percentages. Practical use in formulation, ingredients weighing and baker’s percentage.
