They were delivered in an insulated foil-lined paper grocery bag with a frozen bottled water inside to keep them cool. The pints were closed with rubber bands around them to minimize spills. I opened the bags within a few minutes of delivery so I cannot say how cold it would stay if I didn't bring it inside immediately, but the frozen bottled water was only slightly melted upon delivery so they had kept well.
