Patented no-stim thermogenic with everything on the label

Core Nutritionals Shred is a no-stim thermogenic powder that focuses on boosting your energy burn and fat use through paths that skip caffeine, while keeping it easy to stack, flexible for training, and totally transparent on the label. It skips the heavy stims that fake results and instead uses six fully listed ingredients to hit thermogenesis, fat transport, body signaling, and nutrient use from different sides. That's key because top non-stim fat burners aren't about feeling like a pre-workout. They're about improving how your body handles a cut without hurting sleep, recovery, or your daily caffeine game.

The star is 1,000mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl. ALCAR is a brain-friendly version of carnitine that helps move long-chain fatty acids into your cell's power plants for burning, and it gets into your brain easier than regular L-carnitine. In real life, it's a solid base for a no-stim fat-loss mix: it boosts energy use and often gives a smooth, alert vibe without stim vibes. One gram is a solid daily amount in a blend like this, especially with other ingredients that ramp up fat movement and burning.

You get 250mg olive extract standardized to 20% oleuropein, so that's 50mg oleuropein. This adds a boost to metabolic health and fights oxidation. Oleuropein helps with inflammation balance, blood sugar control, and stress from free radicals, which is handy on a cut when training is tough and recovery is tight. It's not the main fat burner, but it sets up a better scene for the other ingredients to shine.

Coleus forskohlii extract is in at 125mg standardized to 20% forskolin, giving you 25mg forskolin. Forskolin is one of the mor

Core Shred Non-Stim by Core Nutritionals contains 1000mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl, a clinical dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 1,000mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl leads the way with a real dose of this carnitine type that helps both your metabolism and focus. It moves fatty acids into your cells for burning and gives a smooth, non-jittery alertness that's great for cutting.
  • 50mg CapsiAtra® hits the top of the 15-50mg range from studies. This patented dihydrocapsiate flips on TRPV1 receptors in your gut to boost heat and daily burn without any central stim kick.
  • 125mg coleus forskohlii extract standardized to 20% forskolin means 25mg real forskolin. That's the dose that counts, since forskolin amps up cAMP signals for fat breakdown and heat, not just label hype.
  • 30mg grains of paradise extract standardized to 12.5% 6-paradol brings another no-stim heat path. It often kicks in brown fat activation and a gentle warm feel that pairs great with capsiate heat.
  • 25mg ProGBB® adds a kick to the thermogenic side over basic no-stim powders. As a carnitine booster, it teams up with ALCAR and ramps up heat and sweat during workouts or cardio.
  • 250mg olive extract standardized to 20% oleuropein delivers 50mg oleuropein for metabolic and antioxidant support. On a cut, that helps because good fat-loss supps should improve the big picture, not just a quick feel.
  • No prop blends here—every ingredient and dose is listed out. In thermogenics, that's a big win so you can check if it's built right or just talk.
  • No stims make it simple to mix with coffee, pre-workout, or focus aids. You get fat-loss help without accidentally overloading on caffeine and tanking recovery or sleep.

Core Shred Non-Stim by Core Nutritionals contains 1000mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl, a clinical dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Evening gym-goers cutting fat who can't handle late caffeine messing sleep. Shred brings heat from CapsiAtra®, grains of paradise, forskolin, and ProGBB® without picking between getting lean and resting well.
  • Physique folks on a cut with their pre-workout set, wanting a stackable fat tool. No stims and full disclosure mean it mixes with caffeine stuff or goes solo on chill days without hidden overlaps.
  • Dieters big on cardio like fasted walks, treadmill inclines, or steady sessions in the AM. 1,000mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl plus heat ingredients fit these, where fat burn beats a stim rush.
  • Athletes watching stim tolerance, done with harsh burners for a feel. This shifts to real heat like TRPV1 flips, cAMP signals, and fat transport over fake energy.
  • Pros with packed days wanting body comp help without stim shakes, anxiety, or hunger swings. Shred fits real life where work, focus, and sleep count.
  • Guys and gals recomposing who need sustainable heat they can use daily. The mix boosts daily burn and workouts without needing extreme stim tolerance for results.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop with 8-12 ounces cold water and drink 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or your active peak. That lets CapsiAtra®, grains of paradise, forskolin, and ProGBB® start building heat before you move. If you're new to no-stim thermogenics or sensitive to heat/sweat changes, try half a scoop first 2-3 times to test it. A shaker mixes it best, but a spoon's fine; cold water tastes better. Many take it on an empty stomach or light meal, as big food can dull the start. No stims mean you can add coffee or pre-workout, but build combos slow to see your response. No need to cycle for tolerance like stims, so it's good for daily runs in fat-loss phases. Keep it sealed cool and dry for best flavor and scoop.

What to Expect

In the first 10-15 minutes, you'll see it's not like caffeinated burners—no sharp buzz; it's smooth, maybe a slight warmth or just easy going. By 20-40 minutes, the heat kicks in more, especially with cardio or weights: you might feel warmer, sweat extra, and ALCAR adds a clean ready vibe. From 40-90 minutes, it's best during action, not sitting, which is how no-stim should work. Over the first week, you figure out your take on ProGBB®, CapsiAtra®, and grains of paradise, mainly around sweat and warmth. By weeks 2-4, it's about fitting your routine: consistent heat help, easy stacking, and no stim crash hurting recovery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Core Nutritionals Shred contain caffeine or other stimulants?

This version is designed as a non-stim thermogenic and does not rely on caffeine for its effect. Its fat-loss support comes from ingredients like 50mg CapsiAtra®, 30mg grains of paradise extract, 25mg forskolin yield from coleus extract, 1,000mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl, and 25mg ProGBB®.

What makes Shred feel different from a typical fat burner?

Most fat burners create a noticeable effect by flooding the central nervous system with stimulants. Shred is different: you are more likely to notice increased warmth, more sweating during activity, and a cleaner non-jittery feel from ALCAR rather than a sharp energy spike.

Is 50mg CapsiAtra® a serious dose?

Yes. The ingredient knowledge base lists a 15-50mg clinical dose range for dihydrocapsiate, so Shred uses CapsiAtra® at the very top of that evidence-based range. That is one of the strongest formulation decisions in the product.

How much actual forskolin does this formula provide?

Shred contains 125mg coleus forskohlii extract standardized to 20% forskolin, which yields 25mg actual forskolin. That standardization matters more than the raw extract weight because forskolin is the active compound tied to cAMP and lipolysis signaling.

Can I stack Shred with my pre-workout or coffee?

Yes, that is one of the main benefits of a stim-free thermogenic. Because Shred does not depend on caffeine, it stacks cleanly with coffee or a caffeinated pre-workout, though it is still smart to start conservatively and assess your combined response.

When should I take Core Nutritionals Shred?

Take 1 scoop about 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or your most active part of the day. Many users get the best feel from it before fasted walks, incline treadmill work, or lifting sessions where the thermogenic effect is easiest to notice.

What does ProGBB® do in this formula?

ProGBB® is gamma-butyrobetaine ethyl ester HCl, a carnitine precursor commonly used to intensify thermogenesis and sweating. In Shred, it complements the 1,000mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl and helps give the formula a more noticeable non-stim thermogenic profile.

Is this product fully transparent or does it use a proprietary blend?

Shred uses a fully disclosed label with no proprietary blend. Every active ingredient and dose is listed, including standardizations for oleuropein, forskolin, dihydrocapsiate, and 6-paradol, which is a major trust advantage in this category.

Can I use Shred every day?

Yes. Because this formula is not built around stimulant tolerance, it is suited for consistent daily use during a cutting phase. Daily consistency is how you get the most meaningful cumulative benefit from a non-stim thermogenic approach.

Why is this version better than some mass-retail listings?

The competitive data shows some retail variants use a different formula that removes olive extract, coleus forskohlii, and grains of paradise while drastically reducing CapsiAtra®. This version keeps the complete specialist formula intact, which preserves both the thermogenic layering and the broader metabolic support.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!
