Our in-house team of chefs and fish specialists has developed this pasty. It is made from beautiful hand-crimped pastry around a delicious smoked haddock and leek filling. Warming and tasty, it combines the subtle flavours of our in-house smoked haddock and leek for a taste sensation you will not forget.
Each package contains two large frozen pasties (320-350g).
Preparation:
To prepare frozen pasties: These instructions should only be used as a guide. Optimum cooking times will vary depending on the oven. For best results, always bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 180C.
Place on a lined baking tray and bake in the centre of the oven for 50 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is piping hot (over 90C), and there you go.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes after removing from the oven, as the filling will be very hot. Here in Cornwall, we eat ours from a paper bag - no knives and forks!
