2024+ Chevy 2500/3500 Frontier Series Front Bumper
This premium front bumper is handcrafted to order and typically takes 4-5 weeks to build.
The bumper shell is precision-formed from heavy-duty 1/4” and 3/16” thick carbon steel, contoured to perfectly match the factory grille, headlights, and fenders for a clean, integrated fit.
All mounting brackets and frame connections are made from 1/4” thick carbon steel and utilize the factory bumper and tow hook mounting points. This provides maximum strength, superior load transfer, and full frame support.
Winch Model
Features a robust built-in winch mount compatible with both medium and large frame winches (8,000 lb to 21,000 lb capacity). Successfully tested with 12,000 lb and 16,500 lb WARN winches. Also includes an integrated 2" receiver tube for added versatility.
Slim Model
The Slim version sits approximately 3 inches closer to the factory profile (compared to the Winch model), offering a sleeker, more OEM-like appearance while still including a built-in 2" receiver tube.
