The Stone oven features a high-grade stainless steel dome surrounded by durable European ceramic fiber to create a heat resistant, heavy-duty cooking area while the cooking floor contains a thick 27-inch refractory fire brick cooking surface to offer unmatched heat retention inside your Alfa pizza oven - perfect not only for pizzas, but for bread, roasts, meat/fish/vegetables, cakes or whatever else you wish to bake. The included gas burner, paired with Alfa's Forninox Technology, helps ensure a cook-ready environment in just 15 minutes. The Stone oven comes field convertible and includes the orifice needed to switch from propane to natural gas application.
