Il Cannonau "Noras" dell'azienda vinicola Santadi è ottenuto da uve coltivate su terreni ricchi di sabbia e granito, nel basso Sulcis. In seguito alla raccolta, le uve vengono vinificate in acciaio inox; al termine della fermentazione, che si protrae per circa 15 giorni, il vino viene travasato in barrique di rovere, dove sosta sei mesi, a cui ne seguono altrettanti in bottiglia.

Ottimo con primi piatti strutturati, carni alla griglia e formaggi stagionati.
