***This kit must be started within 2 weeks of receiving it. If you cannot start it within 2 weeks, you can place it in the refrigerator to keep it dormant for up to 6 weeks before it must be started. Do not allow the kit to freeze.***

Grow your own edible Organic Yellow Oyster Mushrooms, easily at home with our Pro-Gro Yellow Oyster Mushroom Grow Kit. These are great mushroom to sauté and serve on anything. Oyster mushroom have many health benefits, including being just as dense in protein as meat and providing excellent benefits to the immune system. The required temperature range for your kit is 65-85F°. It will produce up to 2 pounds of fresh home grown Yellow Oyster mushrooms over 2-3 months. You can harvest fresh mushrooms about once per month.

Kit Includes: Fully sterilized sawdust block, colonized with a vigorous commercial Yellow Oyster strain. Small spray mist bottle. Humidity Tent. Step-by-step growing Instruction.

Note: Due to most Oyster mushrooms being in need of fresh air and high humidity, they do not perform well in dry climates. For drier climates we can recommended the Enoki, King Oyster or Shiitake Pro-Grow Kits.
