Le Vents dans les Voiles — “the winds in the sails” — is her rosé, and it is everything a great Provence rosé should be. Pale, dry, and elegant, with the freshness of the Mistral wind and the warmth of the southern sun in every glass. Expect delicate red fruit, a whisper of Provence herbs, and a clean, mineral finish that makes it impossible to stop at one glass.
Biodynamic farming, a winemaker with serious credentials, and a wine that drinks beautifully on its own or at the table — this is rosé with something to say.
