To prepare, open the pouch and remove the oxygen absorber. Slowly add hot water as indicated on the label. Stir as you pour, close the pouch and wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate. Stir again and enjoy your meal straight out of the pouch!

Rolled Oats (65%), Granulated Sugar, Coconut Milk Powder (9%), Freeze Dried Blackcurrants (4%), Freeze Dried Diced Apple (3%).
