Il vino al naso è fresco e leggero, note fruttate si mischiano a curiosi e piacevoli sentori di erba tagliata, una leggera speziatura chiude l'analisi. Il palato è ben equilibrato, è un vino di corpo medio e buona freschezza, il finale è vivace e fruttato.Il South Africa Worcester Sauvignon Blanc della tenuta Alvi's Drift ci piace perché è un vino semplice che mantiene tutte le premesse. L'uva è stata raccolta al mattino presto con un'attenta selezione in vigna. Dopo la fermentazione, il vino è rimasto sulle proprie fecce fini per 4 mesi e rimontato regolarmente prima dell'imbottigliamento. Un vino molto gradevole, perfetto per un aperitivo sul mare.
È piacevole berlo smangiucchiando frutti di mare, insalate di pollo, torte salate, pizza perfino.
