Scorrevole ma energica la beva, giocata su un bellequilibrio tra acidità e struttura. Piacevole e armonica la chiusura.Dal comune di Castiglione di Sicilia, e quindi dal versante nord dellEtna, arriva questo Etna Rosato DOC, prodotto dallazienda agricola Tornatore. Ottenuto da uve di nerello mascalese vinificate in purezza, matura dai 4 ai 6 mesi in vasche di cemento. Esprime una bella struttura ma rimane nel contempo delicato: racconta le difficoltà della vitivinicoltura dellEtna, caratterizzata da un territorio aspro e impervio, che se saputo rispettare regala etichette ottime come questa.
Si abbina a piatti a base di pesce o carne bianca. Ottimo con il cous cous di pesce.

Super soft and super warm! This nice and thick blanket feels so nice when you wrap yourself up in it; and it’s just big enough to do exactly that!
I’ve washed it a few times and it comes out even softer and fluffier than when I put it in the washer; and no issues with losing fluff or thinning/tears.
I love the cow pattern too!
