Carli’s Stainless Steel Extended Brake Lines are built specifically for Super Duty owners running the 4.5″ or 5.5″ Carli Suspension Systems. With the increased wheel travel these systems provide, the factory brake lines simply don’t offer the length or durability needed for safe, reliable operation.
These lines deliver a firmer, more responsive pedal feel thanks to their Teflon inner core, Kevlar reinforcement, and stainless outer braid, all designed to eliminate volumetric expansion under heavy braking. Each line is pressure-tested to 4,500 PSI and fully compliant with D.O.T. , ensuring factory-level safety with off-road–ready performance.
