pH measures the acidity or alkalinity of a solution on a scale of 1 to 14, where 7 is neutral pH level. Solutions with pH less than 7 are acidic, and solutions with pH more than 7 are alkaline. The natural pH of human skin is slightly acidic, 5.5, because of its anti-bacterial protective properties.
Put Obagi Toner on a cotton pad and apply to your entire face.
Do not rinse.
Use twice a day in the morning and at night.
Potassium alum balances your skin pH. Witch hazel cleans deeply and prevents acne, skin irritation and redness. Panthenol hydrates your skin.
