E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE)

Issuance and Scope: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, use, and redemption of E-Gift Cards ("Gift Card(s)") issued by Ecotique Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). Your purchase or use of our Gift Cards constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms.

Redemption: Gift Cards may only be used once per gift card and redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products provided by our Company. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and will not be able to be used again to redeem the balance amount. If a purchase exceeds the balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method available on the store.

Delivery of Items After Redemption: The delivery of the of the item purchased using the gift card is currently limited to Thailand only. There are no current separate delivery charges if the item(s) are to be sent within Bangkok. For outside of Bangkok but within Thailand, delivery charges may apply unless approved for free delivery by our team. You may contact us at the time of redemption to discuss this if needed.

Limitations: Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value. Gift Cards cannot be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Expiration and Fees: Gift Cards expire after the number of months mentioned from the time the gift card is purchased, and there are no service fees for the holder of the Gift Card, including dormancy or inactivity fees.

Compliance with Laws: By purchasing a Gift Card, you are certifying and representing to us that the activities in connection with which the Gift Cards will be used will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Fraud: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of Gift Card policies.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.

Disputes: Any dispute relating in any way to Gift Cards will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Changes to the Terms: We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time in our discretion. When we make changes to these Terms, we will provide you with prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
