Soave is a really underrated region and this single-vineyard bottle really tells us a story, something made this well from such a specific site would cost a fortune in Champagne, Burgundy or Piedmont. It has a nice chiseled acidity with notes of pear, nectarine, yellow apples, white florals and chalk. A beautiful wine from the grape Garganega that deserves to be top shelf alongside bottles costing 2x or 3x its cost.
