De POC CYTAL CARBON helm combineert prestaties en veiligheid en biedt een ideale oplossing voor veeleisende racers.

Met een geïntegreerde, ultralichte carbon vleugel die met de hand is gemaakt in Italië, maximaliseert hij de aerodynamica en vermindert hij het gewicht, wat een uitzonderlijke race-ervaring garandeert. De helm is ontworpen om maximale bescherming te bieden, bevat geavanceerde technologieën en zorgt voor optimale ventilatie. Of het nu op lage of hoge snelheid is, de Cytal Carbon zorgt voor een constante luchtstroom voor ongeëvenaard comfort tijdens de meest intense inspanningen.

De Cytal Carbon-helm is uitvoerig getest door middel van Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)-simulaties, windtunneltests en veldevaluaties door renners van EF Pro Cycling-teams, waardoor prestaties en betrouwbaarheid gegarandeerd zijn.

Veiligheid staat centraal bij de ontwikkeling van POC-helmen, zoals de Cytal Carbon. De helm is gecertificeerd volgens conventionele normen en heeft ook MEF-testen (Finite Element Model) ondergaan om de veiligheid te optimaliseren. Dit proces heeft geleid tot de toevoeging van een carbon vin en een Koridion inzetstuk, waardoor de algehele integriteit van de helm is verbeterd.

De voering van de helm is gemaakt van twee dichtheden geëxpandeerd polystyreen (EPS), met een dichtere bovenkant en een minder dichte onderkant, waardoor optimale bescherming wordt geboden bij een botsing terwijl het gewicht laag blijft.

Met zijn ergonomische ontwerp, lichte gewicht en veiligheidsfuncties voldoet hij perfect aan de behoeften van fietsers die op zoek zijn naar de perfecte balans tussen prestaties, comfort en bescherming.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

This book wasn't bad, but wasn't my cup of tea. It's highly disappointing because the storyline is so original. There is no real conflict or resolution, so the entire thing feels flat. As a lover of omegaverse books, I know there is a ton of variety out there, and ov is really up to the author. But this one is weird. Omegas have multiple scent glands all over their bodies and go into week long heats every month. Alphas have knots in the middle of their shaft instead of the base, and the knot doesn't always swell, no explanation of when or why. It doesn't engage at all when the mouth is in play. I also didn't enjoy the author's writing style. Each paragraph is only 1 or 2 sentences long, and the entire book reads very stacato. The conversations are stiff and unnatural feeling. Everything is very repetitive, both in word choice and in thought. The same thing is repeated 3 or 4 times over a single page, multiple times over. I ended up doing so much skimming. The first 50% of the book is all slow burn, and the last 50% is almost straight mediocre spice. This wouldn't have been all bad if the grammar and spelling errors didn't start at the exact same time. Tongue is repeatedly misspelled in the middle of the spice.
