Gebruik
Dagelijks 1 tot 2 capsules tenminste een half uur voor de maaltijd innemen. De capsules niet innemen met eiwithoudende levensmiddelen. NAC wordt meestal gebruikt in een dosering tussen 200 en 1200 mg per dag verspreid over de dag ingenomen. Misselijkheid en/of maagirritatie kan voorkomen als NAC op een lege maag wordt ingenomen. Het innemen van NAC met een licht verteerbare snack zonder eiwit (b.v. fruit) lost dit probleem vaak op.
