Ingrediënten
Calciumcarbonaat, Griffonia zaad extract (Griffonia simplicifolia = slaapmutjeskruid), antiklontermiddelen (siliciumdioxide, stearinezuur & magnesiumzouten van vetzuren), tabletcoating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerol).
Gebruik
Neem dagelijks tot 3 tabletten, een half uur voor de maaltijden en een half uur voor het slapen gaan.
Start met één tablet en verhoog indien noodzakelijk, tenzij anders geadviseerd.
5-HTP kan het best worden gebruikt in periodes tot 3 maanden.
Niet gebruiken tijdens de zwangerschap of als men borstvoeding geeft.
Lichte slaperigheid kan bij sommige mensen optreden.
Het advies is dan ook om autorijden en het bedienen van machines te vermijden tot u weet hoe u op 5-HTP reageert.
Niet gebruiken in combinatie met medicijnen die de hersenstofwisseling beïnvloeden, zoals antidepressiva en kalmerende middelen.

Missing Part, no customer support.
Missing the bolt that attaches the base to the center post. We contacted the vendor and they responded,
"We want to assure you that all our parts undergo rigorous inspection and careful packaging before shipment. If you could kindly check the box again for any missing parts, it would be greatly appreciated.

Really, like we didn't checked the box?
Responded back to the vendor that we tore the box apart, no bolt. They have gone silent.
Update, vendor has offered a partially refund, guess I'll head to Home Depot and look for a replacement bolt. What a pain.
Went from 1 to 3 stars for at least contacting us.
