Deze Lavaux-St-Jacques heeft een mooie diepe kleur en intense smaken van bosaardbeitjes, frambozen en viooltjes. De tannines zijn fluweelzacht en er zijn subtiele cedar- en vanilletonen te herkennen. Deze wijn is nu al mooi op dronk, maar zal zich de komende 10 jaar alleen maar ten beste ontwikkelen.
