Hierna wordt de wijn gedurende 24 maanden op houten vaten gelagerd, waarna het blenden plaats vindt. Vervolgens rijpt de wijn nog 6 maanden op betonnen vaten. Met aansluitend 2 jaar flesrijping. WEETJE: Deze Brunello wordt gemaakt van druiven afkomstig van alle wijngaarden van Gaja in Montalcino. Het eerste oogstjaar van deze wijn was 2005.
