Onze goudblonde speciaalbier is een genot voor de smaakpapillen met zijn rijke schuimkraag en complexe karakter vol fruitige en kruidige aroma's. Het is een evenwichtig bier met een speelse en ongedwongen stijl die ieders smaak weet te bekoren.

Brugse Zot Dubbel

Onze bruine dubbelzotte variant is zoals de naam aangeeft, een zwaarder bier met een unieke bittere toets. Dit bier onderscheidt zich door het gebruik van zes speciaal geselecteerde moutsoorten, wat het bier een uniek en rijk aroma geeft.

Brugse Zot Bok

Onze Brugse Bok is een bier dat specifiek is gemaakt voor een bepaald seizoen. Het kenmerkt zich door zijn volle smaak en aroma, verkregen door de toevoeging van gerookte moutsoorten. Hiermee houden we vast aan de Duitse en Nederlandse traditie om jaarlijks een seizoensbokbier uit te brengen. Dit maakt onze Brugse Bok tot een uniek en smaakvol product dat perfect aansluit op de verwachtingen van bierliefhebbers.

Brouwerij De Halve Maan

Sinds de 19e eeuw produceren we unieke bieren in onze brouwerij in het hart van het historische Walplein in Brugge. De kunst van het brouwen is van generatie op generatie doorgegeven en onder leiding van de zesde generatie, Xavier Vanneste, houden we de tradities hoog. Onze brouwerij is altijd innoverend geweest, van de thuisbedeling met paard en kar tot de unieke bierpijpleiding. Nu is De Halve Maan de enige overgebleven authentieke familiebrouwerij in het centrum van Brugge en kunnen we trots zijn op onze rijke geschiedenis.

A familiar story, just with…..less.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
