Zuccardi is een gerenommeerd Argentijns wijnhuis dat internationaal erkend wordt voor zijn ongeëvenaarde toewijding aan kwaliteit en innovatie. Opgericht in 1963 door Alberto Zuccardi, wordt het nu met trots geleid door de derde generatie van de familie. Gelegen in het adembenemende Mendoza, een van de meest prestigieuze wijnregio's van Argentinië, heeft Zuccardi een diepe indruk achtergelaten. Met meer dan 1000 hectare aan wijngaarden verspreid over verschillende uitstekende regio's, is het wijnhuis gezegend met een diversiteit aan terroirs. De druiven voor Zuccardi Serie A Chardonnay Viognier worden met de hand geoogst in de wijngaarden van de Uco-vallei en de hoger gelegen regio's van Mendoza, Argentinië. Deze selectie zorgt ervoor dat alleen de beste druiven worden gebruikt voor deze blend. Bij aankomst in de wijnmakerij ondergaan de druiven een maceratie bij lage temperaturen, waarbij de schillen en het sap kort in contact blijven om de gewenste aroma's en smaken te extraheren. Vervolgens worden de druiven direct geperst, waarbij het sap gescheiden wordt van de schillen. De Chardonnay-druiven ondergaan vervolgens een gisting en rijping van 6 maanden in Franse eikenhouten vaten, waardoor de wijn structuur, textuur en subtiele citrustonen ontwikkelt. De Viognier-druiven daarentegen worden vergist en gerijpt in roestvrijstalen tanks om de delicate bloemige aroma's, perzik- en abrikozentonen te behouden. Hierna wordt de wijn samengevoegd en rijpt de wijn nog 6 maanden in Franse eikenhouten vaten.De fruitige aroma’s van Zuccardi Serie A Chardonnay Viognier
Zuccardi Serie A Chardonnay Viognier is een betoverende goudgele. In de geur aroma’s van appel, peer en grapefruit. Het mondgevoel is romig en vol met een heerlijke textuur. Opvallend is de verrukkelijke hint van geroosterd brioche, wat een verfijnde toets van complexiteit en diepte toevoegt. De aanwezigheid van boterachtige tonen voegt nog meer rijkdom toe aan de smaakbeleving, terwijl subtiele specerijen een aangename en harmonieuze dimensie toevoegen. This book is for everyone
Format: Kindle
Wealth of information wonderful advice to implement into your trusts and protect your assets. Chapter 2 was most helpful. This chapter covers many different trusts some I have never heard of . The chapter starts off with a quote “ You have to make sure that your assets and your back are protected before you make any big decisions.” Adam Rich.
This chapter explains what a trust is. The trust involves three key roles. The grantor, the trustee and the beneficiary. Covers pro and cons of setting up a trust. Explains about revocable and irrevocable trusts. Two trusts that caught my interest are special needs trusts and Medicaid trusts very interesting reads. So much more I only touch on a little. Very good read very informative.
